• Form 5 graduate or above
• Experiences in relevant hospital or healthcare institution or university degree are an advantage
• Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare/ hospital statistics and clinical coding(ICD-10) is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft application including Excel and English & Chinese Word Processor
• Detail-oriented, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Shift duty is required
